Spam is bad. We hate it and we put a lot of effort into developing an efficient

anti-spam system. It is now in place and filters out hundreds of spam messages

every hour.

Minimising false positives

The system is designed to minimise a possibility of rejecting legitimate messages.

Addresses, to which our users send messages are automatically added to a list of

trusted senders. Addresses in this list are exempt from spam checking.

Even if a non-spam message is wrongfully rejected, the sender receives a rejection

note with instructions on how to get the address whitelisted.
