Dr Khang and an assistant (Mr Le Chi Cuong) will visit Cali Colombia from 9 18 May to demonstrate the HDPE biodigestor technology. They will install three biodigesters: two at the National University and one in the Pozo Verde Ecologocial Reserrve. During the visit Dr Khang will give a presentation at a seminar on Ecological Agriculture to be held on 12 May. The title of his presentation will be: Installation and operation of HDPE biodigesters. Staff members of CIPAV and of the NGO RecBiolCol will be trained in the technology.
Dr KHang will also make a short study tour of "dual-purpose" farms that employ the restricted suckling, and tree foliage grazing management system.
